Four simple questions per region. Your answers are scored against the clinical progression built into each program, and you'll receive a recommended starting phase along with a conservative alternative if you'd prefer to ease in.

Run the assessment for each region you're working on. You can come back to it at any time — it's also useful when progressing between programs or returning after a break.

How to use it: tap the link, select your region, answer the four questions honestly, and follow the recommendation. If anything feels too easy in the first week, move up a phase. If anything causes a significant flare, drop back one phase and build from there.
