For anyone who used to run and wants to come back safely.Built around time — not distance — so you don't need a GPS watch or a running app. Just a timer and three sessions a week.Over 8 weeks you'll progress from short walk-run intervals to running continuously for 40 minutes. Every session includes a coaching note that explains exactly what to focus on and why.This is where most people should start.

I'm Joel Nucum — a Doctor of Physiotherapy with over a decade working across private practice, high-performance sport, NCAA Stanford Sports Medicine & Research and digital health.
I built West Pacific Wellness Club because I kept seeing the same thing: people waiting until they were injured, overwhelmed, or burnt out before asking for help. By then, so much was already preventable.
This is my attempt to close that gap — to put clinical-quality thinking inside an app that anyone can use, anywhere, before it gets to that point.
This platform is guided by Inafa'maolek — a value from my upbringing in Guam that means to make things better for one another, and to strengthen the community as a whole.
